Inspired by childhood memories of slathering hazelnut spread on crepes, this is the perfect sweet treat. Made with olive oil instead of palm oil and half the sugar, this is the better for you version! Pro tip: since there aren’t any yucky ingredients, give the ghianduja (pronounced (ghee-yawn-doo-yah)!) a couple of extra stirs to achieve a thicker consistency. We recommend drizzling over Citizen Cake’s Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake, serving over ice cream, or eating by the spoonful (we won’t tell anyone)!
