2 fresh Thai chilis
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 TBSP lime juice
½ TBSP sugar
2 TBSP fish sauce
Thinly slice Thai chilis and garlic.
In a small, non-metal bowl, add lime juice, sugar, and fish sauce. Adjust seasoning to desired flavor.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
