6 cups cubed mini seedless watermelon (about 3 ½ pound watermelon)
6 ounces vodka
3 ounces lime juice
2 ounces simple syrup
2 cups ice
Freeze watermelon on a parchment-lined baking sheet until frozen, at least 2 hours
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender
Blend until smooth and serve in chilled glasses
