1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, picked and chopped
1/4 cup scallion, sliced thinly
1 garlic clove, finely minced
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon juice, or more to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
pinch of sea salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
