8 oz. Heavy cream
3 oz. Yogurt (Use a stiff yogurt like labneh or Greek Yogurt)
1 oz. Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon
Combine heavy cream and sugar in a stand mixer or a bowl with a hand mixer. Beat to soft peaks.
Add yogurt and lemon zest and beat to stiff peaks.
Serve with Rose Wilde’s Spiced Caramel Biscuit Buns.
