This chili features heirloom Rancho Gordo Pinquito beans, green chiles, fire roasted tomatoes, and Cuyama Buckhorn's chili spice blend. Select from your choice of locally raised smoked lamb or a vegan version with charred squash. Note this dish is medium spicy!
