Bean Chili
Take a trip up the coast and get a taste of the Cuyama Valley right from home! This chili features heirloom Rancho Gordo Pinquito beans, green chiles, fire roasted tomatoes, and Cuyama Buckhorn's chili spice blend. Select from your choice of locally raised smoked lamb or a vegan version with charred squash. Note this dish is medium spicy!

Serve with cornbread or use to make a platter of chili nachos

Orders placed before 11:59 PM Monday night can be delivered as soon as Thursday of the same week. Deliveries are currently available in Los Angeles ,San Diego, and Orange County with more cities coming soon!

All meals are delivered in stainless steel, reusable containers that must be returned. There is a $15 fee for each container that is not returned within 60 days. Containers can be returned at the time of a future delivery, or you can sign-up for a free home pick-up on one of our scheduled pick-up days.
