A dinnertime classic made by a Top Chef, in two different variations! The Lasagna Bolognese features Chef Jackson’s Hollywood style ragu made with beef, bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese, layered between sheets of house-made semolina pasta. The Bianca version swaps out the ragu for roasted Maitake and king mushrooms.
P.S. These are not your typical red sauce lasagnas (so don't expect tomato sauce!), but are sure to be new dinnertime favorites ;)
