An inspired take on a Mexican classic– Michelin star Chef Joshua Gil uses activated charcoal masa to create a striking version of traditional corn husk tamales. For this drop, he’s stuffing the tamales with shredded turkey in a sweet, smokey mole coloradito sauce. Simply steam and then top with additional mole sauce (included in the box).
