1 medium-sized Daikon radish, peeled
1 medium-size carrot peeled
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1-2 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame oil
Cut the daikon radish and carrot into "spaghetti strands" with a spiralizer or finely julienne
Transfer them into a container. Toss in sugar, rice vinegar, salt, and sesame oil.
Mix well, refrigerate, and let sit for 24 hours strain to enjoy!
