Thunderbolt - Rainwater Manhattan

• 1.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey

• 1.5 oz Rainwater Madeira

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

• Orange peel

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir all ingredients until very cold.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

4. Twist an orange peel to release essential oils and rub around the rim of the glass. Add orange peel to glass as garnish.

Serve with Thunderbolt’s Duck & Dumplings.
